From reducing the number of touches with underwriting during loan processing to ensuring alerts are in real-time so as not to confuse applicants, their input and feedback was vital to optimizing and delivering the clear, simple and useful online customer experience at the heart of the Tropos promise.
The Advisory Panel sessions, which were basically focus groups, weren’t just informative— they were inspiring. Participants were encouraged to not just tell it like it is, but to imagine how Tropos could push the user experience beyond all expectations.
